Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase and are committed to your satisfaction. Because string instruments and bows are highly sensitive and carefully prepared, we maintain the following return guidelines to ensure fairness and quality for all customers.
Standard Merchandise Returns – 30 Days
Most new, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery or purchase for a refund.
Items must be returned in original condition and include all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund or may not be eligible for return.
Instrument, Bow, and Case Returns – 14 Days
Violins, violas, cellos, basses, bows, and cases may be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase.
All returned instruments and bows are carefully inspected upon receipt. Items returned in original, like-new condition are eligible for a full refund.
If an item shows wear, use, damage, or requires cleaning, adjustment, or repair to restore it to sellable condition, a depreciation or restocking deduction may apply, depending on the condition of the item.
Items that have been damaged, altered, or excessively used may not be eligible for refund.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us promptly. We will provide return instructions and cover return shipping costs. A full refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Please include your name, receipt or order number, and the item you wish to return. We will respond promptly with instructions.
All returns must be authorized in advance.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the item has been received and inspected.
Please allow approximately:

Many refunds are completed sooner.
Non-Returnable Items
